3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Approval & Instructions – Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Packaging – Securely repackage the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
- Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees, assembly services, and other additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product model if it arrives defective or damaged. If you want to exchange for a different product, the return process must be completed first, and a new order placed.
